Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds

At Qosprey, we are committed to providing high-quality services and want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our various services and products.
1. AdPilot Platform Subscriptions
1.1 Free Trial Period
- All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to plan features.
- No payment is collected during the trial period.
- If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends — no charges will apply.
1.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 7 days of a billing cycle, you may request a full refund for that month. After 7 days, no refund is issued, but access continues until the end of the period.
1.3 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund.
- After 30 days, you may cancel at any time, but a prorated refund will be provided for unused full months only (partial months are not refundable).
1.4 Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining time on the current plan — you continue to enjoy the higher-tier features until the period ends.
2. Ad Spend & Platform Credits
2.1 Ad Spend
Ad spend is non-refundable.Once funds are allocated to ad campaigns on third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Twitter), refunds are governed by each platform's own refund policies. Qosprey cannot issue refunds for:
- Ad spend consumed by active campaigns
- Campaign costs resulting from user configuration (targeting, bidding, budget settings)
- Spending resulting from campaigns not being paused or stopped in time
- Charges imposed by third-party ad platforms
2.2 Wallet Credits
- Unused wallet credits (funds deposited via bKash but not yet spent on ads) may be refunded upon account closure.
- Refund processing takes 7-14 business days.
- A processing fee of 2.5% may apply for wallet credit refunds.
3. Professional Services
3.1 Web Development Services
- Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- During development: If you cancel after work has begun, charges will be calculated based on work completed (at our standard hourly rate). Any deposit amount exceeding work done will be refunded.
- After delivery: No refunds are issued for completed and delivered projects that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Revisions: Projects include a revision period as specified in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
3.2 AI Solutions
- Custom AI solutions follow the same refund terms as web development services.
- Third-party AI API costs (OpenAI, cloud compute, etc.) incurred during development are non-refundable.
3.3 Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current month once services have commenced.
- You may cancel the retainer with 30 days' written notice for the following month.
- Ad spend managed on your behalf is governed by Section 2 above.
- One-time campaign setup fees are non-refundable once setup has been delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email, the service or subscription in question, and the reason for your refund request

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method:
- bKash: Refund to your bKash account (7-10 business days)
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the original card (10-14 business days, depending on your bank)
- Bank Transfer: Refund via bank transfer (7-14 business days)
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Consumed ad spend on third-party platforms
- Third-party API costs (hosting, AI compute, cloud services)
- Rush/expedite fees for urgent projects
- Services flagged as "non-refundable" in the Service Agreement
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to reach an amicable solution. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, disputes will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing refund requests will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
